Manufacturing Process

It all starts with excellent raw material. We buy the best profiles in the world today, which come to us straight from Switzerland. They are made of ST-37, fine and non-recycled steel. Expert iron artists cut and weld them to the accuracy of one millimeter. The products are then polished for all welds and prepared for forging. In the state-of-the-art galvanizing plant in Israel, the windows are immersed in nine pools of different chemicals, which form a strong coating layer of zinc that protects against corrosion. After galvanizing, they are covered with a two-component epoxy base coat, then topped with polyurethane paint. The result: Steel windows made of the highest quality iron, which both look great and are well-preserved over the years.
